  • How long does it take to deliver?
    Dispatch from the pharmacy is made as soon as the order is completed and payment is made.The customer will receive a text notification to confirm order.
  • What are your delivery charges on orders?
    Delivery charges varies based on where the customer is located. However a standard charge of Ksh.100 applies to deliveries around Nairobi.
  • What is your return policy?
    Due to public safety interest,we have no return policy once goods leave the pharmacy.However in case you have any concerns relating to the product, kindly contact 0757479339
  • How secure is the information I share?
    We have put in place appropriate security measure to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost,used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed.
  • Can I send someone to collect my order on my behalf?
    For in-store pickup,we will only release the order to a third party upon confirmation from you through various communication channels that someone is collecting for you.
  • How do I make an order?
    - Go to aster pharmacy website - Search for items you need - Add to cart - Fill in delivery information - Go to payments section to pay for your order - Confirm your order details to finish the process. - Your order will be on its way .
  • What modes of payments are accepted?
    Mpesa, Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards.
  • Is reversal possible for overpayments?
    In the event that the amount you pay is higher than the total value of your final order, the difference will be placed in your account which you can use against future purchases.
  • Do you have Terms & Conditions?
    Before uploading your prescription, make sure you read all our terms and conditions. You wills get all the details regarding our security, communication and general functioning of the app.
